Studio Wildcard has announced that it is developing a game called Ark: Survival Evolved. It is an open world dinosaur survival game built using Unreal Engine 4.

Ark: Survival Evolved will focus on cooperative multiplayer. Players will be able to craft, hunt, build shelters, develop technology, and harvest plants. There are 60 confirmed dinosaurs that will be in the game.

"ARK is a huge game, in terms of geographical space, scope of content, features, technology, and just about every other metric," reads the game's Steam page. "We're a veteran team with some major hits behind our leads, and much of the core challenge is already met, but this is still an ambitious one for us."

The game is being developed for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It will first launch on Steam Early Access on June 2nd, and is set to release early 2016 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Looks good, but where are the feathers on these Dinosaurs?

I was thinking the very same thing.... When will the world start updating themselves on the discoveries on the dinosaurs.

This looks really impressive so far... I have always had a fascination with Dinosaurs but not so much in the Hollywood "Jurassic Park" sense. This game might just fill that void.
