@shams : I don't think this game will be re-rated, it's already Mature ! Seeing a naked woman doesn't make it a porn game ... HR is a fantastic game with an incredible scenario. I recommend it to everybody.

Heavy Porn? This is going to piss people off, news will make it to the rating agencies, and there may well be a recall. Patches are no solution.

@mike_intellivision:The nudity in the game originally was unassailable. It would be the same in a movie where a woman is naked, but you only see her back from the waist up.
The problem is that this has never happened before. IN GTA, the sex scene was in the game and was not submitted. This may still have to be resubmitted because of how easy it is to assess. The way to assess it may not even be a glitch.

If I recall, there was already nudity in the game -- so this won't get it recalled. But patched is highly probable.

@Senlis: Because staring at a 'titless' barbie doll in the shower scene would be.. well you get the point :P The model is being used for other parts in the game.
I hate all this weird video game pervertion. It obviously wasn't an accident.
The thing is, normal games design the model under the clothes to look kinda like a barbie doll. Specifically, no tits. When the developer developed the underlying model to look like a real naked woman, you have to wonder how "accidental" this is.

Does this mean the game gets pulled back out of many markets around the world? Some nations simply are against nudity and others dont want it in a game that doesnt warn about it. This coulc hurt them more then they thought they would gain with this ''glitch''.

The only regrettable thing is that on consoles you must hope on glitches, while on PC you can comfortably install a suitable mod. :-P

I don't know about everyone else, but if you are going to buy a game; make sure it's bug free. I would hate to have these errors, though I never got to witness the nude scenc-since it was taken down. lol
