How does PS4 go from 16.1 the previous week to 16.6 the following week when you say it sold over 700k? Wouldn't that put it at 16.8?

So, if ya go by the PS4 numbers posted above, it'd be 17,047,004 sold, meaning the VG Chartz need some updating and are currently tracking low by 447,004. And for the XBone numbers, the above numbers added only equal 8,365,542 meaning the the Xbone is being overtracked on the current charts, which show the One selling 9.4 million, being apparently overtracked by 1,034,458.

I hope Microsoft will make an announcement when xbox hit the 10 million milestone and Sony when PS4 hit the 20 million milestone.
That would make a fair comparison instead of that almost shipped discussion.
