Nintendo are really pushing the boat out to try and keep up with its competitors in the online arena. During the Super Smash Bros. Nintendo Direct we heard about the various improvements Nintendo were making to the series' online play. And to prove they're serious about catching up, they're finally allowing users to pre-order games in the e-shop.
NintendoLife spotted that you can pre-order Nintendo Pocket Football Club. This is far from the biggest game on Nintendo's online storefront, but it shows their intentions moving forwards.
That said, it's worth considering if this should even be a thing unless they allow you to pre-install - you can't run out of digital copies of the game after all.
