Bergensten later Tweeted that Minecraft: Pocket Edition is the bestselling version of the game with 7.3 million units sold. That version was around five million units sold in November.

Earlier this month Mojang announced Minecraft sold 15 million units across all platforms in 2012. The PC / Mac version of the game sold 4.18 million units in 2012, the Xbox 360 version 5.00 million units and the mobile version 5.90 million units.
