Bethesda and Arkane Unveil Dishonored - News

Bethesda Softworks today announced that it will publish a new IP from Arkane Studios called Dishonored, a first-person stealth action game.

The game is being worked on by co-creative directors Raphael Colantonio and Harvey Smith, lead designers for Arx Fatalis and Deus Ex, respectively.

"At Arkane we have a passion for creating deep, immersive game experiences," said Colantonio. "To be able to finally share details of our project is both extremely exciting and satisfying."

The new IP will be featured on magazine covers throughout the month of August, including Game Informer, which will continue coverage on its website throughout the month.

Dishonored is the first project for Arkane since their acquisition by ZeniMax Media in 2010, which also owns publisher Bethesda. It is being developed as a multi-platform title and will be released sometime in 2012.

Alot of bethesda published games coming out and so far they all havnt disappointed. Brink was amazing,rage looks great, and the new elder scrolls game looks brilliant!
