I wish this damn game would stop selling. We're past due for Kart 9, but the success of this 8 retread could mean we'll go a whole generation without a new Mario Kart.

If this rumor about a Switch Pro is true, I could see them making a Mario Kart 9 as an exclusive to the new hardware, to promote it, even if MK8D hasn't stopped selling.

I remain cautiously optimistic but I think we'll most likely see mk 9 early on in the switch's successors lifespan. I guess it depends on on Nintendo's plans for the switch, although the mk team did at one time have to develop a game alternatively for a home console then a portable, which they don't have to do anymore, so theoretically they should have more time. Heck I'd be happy with all new dlc.

amazing MK 8 is still charting, you'd think they'd release some DLC to capitalize on its longevity.

Incredible considering the game was released in 2017. Would say it's a sign that the Switch sold well during this christmas season

Switch exclusives make 7 out if the top 10. I'd say that's also a clear sign that the PS4 is on the way out in Switzerland
