EA: Singleplayergames are dead Star wars battlefront sold 3 million units in US but it took way longer to get to that number. But we can add loot boxes in the next.

They would rather milk some multiplayer game to get money with less effort.

Most games have a multiplayer, but its very clear that the SP is where Sony put most of their efforts. The last of Us also has a multiplayer, but I doubt many would argue it´s primarily a SP game. Or the Mass Effect trilogy for that matter. But it never hurts having a (lootbox free) MP mode. It just sucks when SP mode is cut out because of the MP or is extremely short, because the game primarily focuses on the MP mode, like most games EA releases these days.

The new Call of Duty and Star Wars Battlefront bundles will push the PS4 millions more this month. 2018 will be unbelievable with Detroit Become Human, Red Dead Redemption 2, The New Fantastic Spiderman Game and the Next God of War. And Days Gone, Kingdom Hearts 3 and Ni No Kuni 2 coming too. 2018 will be the strongest PS4 year in the US and worldwide. 25 million ps4's alone in the usa are possible until the end of December, i think.
