In other news, the grass is green, the sky is blue, and EA sucks for Battlefront II.

I have failed you. I can only give you one thumb up. I'm sorry. You deserve so much more.

EA sucks for much more than that, but that's besides the point. You sir, win the internet.

This just in. The US has a much bigger population than the UK.

AlfredoTurkey (on 16 November 2017)

Xbox 360 also beat Wii in the US. It's their bread and butter territory.

As someone who lives in the UK, this fact truly shocks me to my core.

So is all of the sudden Microsoft is going to release numbers for a change..?

Finale (on 16 November 2017)

Well duh.

mekail2001 (on 16 November 2017)

Cool, would be cool to have a close race between the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X, still a bit too early to say anything though. Hope the numbers continue

CrazyGamer2017 (on 16 November 2017)

Ok, and those numbers are?...

Hiku (on 16 November 2017)

UK population: 65,6M US population 323M In conclusion, USA's population is "much bigger". This public service announcement has been brought to you by Captain Obvious.

EricHiggin (on 16 November 2017)

If it was double or triple, I would think they would say so. Makes me think that "much bigger" means 125,000 to 150,000 units sold in NA.

LivingMetal (on 16 November 2017)

But that would be revealing numbers which is what we all would like to know.

Well why give out UK and JPN numbers and not NA? Just makes it look like they did horrible in NA, which is where they should have been the strongest. Sure, saying over double or triple UK sales would give you a better idea, but would that be worse than people assuming you didn't, at the very least, double UK sales? If this is the case by chance, XB shouldn't have used numbers at all.

@EricHiggins
Those numbers from UK were independent retailer numbers, MS doesn't give out any numbers......................................................................................................................................................................................................(unless they are winning again)

Why 3 dislike? I mean looks very likely...

Even if so, which is likely even, it would hardly be something to brag about after 1.5 years of hype.

Still no numbers :-(. PR works best with numbers, Microsoft. It creates nice big titles you know.

Angelv577 (on 17 November 2017)

Don't think anybody expected something different. I can easily see 300k-400k in US.

ArchangelMadzz (on 17 November 2017)

Wow sales are better in a country 5x the size of the population? Damnnn never saw that coming.

megaman79 (on 16 November 2017)

No numbers tells you everything.

TheBraveGallade (on 19 November 2017)

Thats as obvious as the xbone failing in japan...

Never trust Aaron Greenburger...

siavm (on 18 November 2017)

We will see next month. I still think switch will be on top but maybe Microsoft will finally get one month to be on top.

Valcristo (on 16 November 2017)

Good for XBOX. Really happy for them.

Errorist76 (on 16 November 2017)

COKTOE (on 16 November 2017)

Thanks. Would you say the sales are tremendous?.........no no no No! SAY IT! Now.........bare your b******s to me.

Random_Matt (on 16 November 2017)

Similar across Europe, MS has lost the UK this gen.

Errorist76 (on 17 November 2017)

correct, except for the "the UK"...you can leave that out.
