The Windows PC version of Nioh: Complete Edition has received a patch that improves performance.

Read the full patch notes below:

  • Fixed an issue in which changing the “Matching Area” in online settings to “Unlimited” would still result in being limited to your own area.
  • Fixed an issue in which an error would occur while saving data if there was no C drive.
  • Improved performance when the “Shadows” option is set to “High Quality” in the graphics settings.

And Still, Nier hasn't received a single patch from SE.

That's honestly embarassing. 8 months of nothing

Exactly, and coming from SE, it's double embarrassing. Indie devs and even other AAA devs like Machine Games have all managed to launch a patch or two within at least a few weeks of their game releases. SE has just left Nier to rot on Steam.

Ive spent about 5 hours on this game and this might just be my favorite of this year and the game runs surprisingly well on my kind of low level pc

Well, it *was* designed to run on a standard PS4 60FPS@720p.
