As trailed yesterday, Codemasters today officially announced the next entry in the Overlord series - Overlord: Fellowship of Evil.

The announcement confirms that it is indeed a four player co-op game, as was hinted yesterday, and that it is being written by Rhianna Pratchett. Overlord: Fellowship of Evil is set to release later this year on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC and will cost £14.99/$19.99/€19.99.

I have played Overlord 1 and 2 multiple times, I even finished the Wii one. I did not play them for the multiplayer aspect, I will not buy this game.
Whoa this is not what I expected and quite frankly not what I wanted. Now let´s hope they also have a proper Overlord in the works.
How annoying, firstly no Fable 4 just some co-op spinoff almost no one wants, now Overlord deviates down the same path. Bloody hell. If this was an add-on for a main 3rd game I'd be all for it.
Thank the maker it's multiplat, enjoyed the first and second titles, hopefully this one will play out the same.
