Square Enix Sues SNK Playmore - News

Square Enix has filed a lawsuit against SNK Playmore. Square Enix in the suit is looking to get a declaratory judgment that its comic series High Score Girl did not on infringe on SNK Playmore's copyrights.
SNK Playmore filed a lawsuit against Square Enix in August claiming that High Score Girl used characters from several of its games, including Samurai Shodown and King of Fighters without permission.
