Nice representation of the Playstation's longevity.
I wonder if the overall totals include the systems moved to "repair" RRoD 360 consoles. I remember MS would replace them with new ones and there were seriously tonnes of consoles getting the error.
360 isn't doing as well as it did last year, even if holiday sales really help the 360, is Halo 4 enough? I hope Wii U does well.
noe imagine if the Ps3 had launched at $299 or even $399 what it could have done..
you will never know because then, it would have been another console. no blu-ray, not as much power and with that no uncharted graphics and so on...
They were already selling at a loss when they launched, so if they sold it at $299 or $399 at launch, it wouldn't matter if many more people bought it, they would have went completely broke because they would have to meet with the demand and not gain nearly as much money as they were spending per console.
