Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: 4 New Characters, Improved Worldwide Online - News

Tatsunoko vs. Capcom producer Ryota Niitsuma reveals that four brand new characters will be revealed at the Tokyo Game Show next month. Two characters will be from the Capcom side and the other two will be from the Tatsunoko side. The online matchmaking will be improved and will provide more filtering according to skill, and US/European players will be able to play against anyone worldwide.
A proper release date for this game in Western territories will be announced Q3 2009.

I hope they meant what they said that if the sales for all the recent Capcom fighters were good (SFIV, MvsCapcom 2 and this), they would consider making more VS games. I want another CapcomvsSNK!

Pretty much every online matching system should have some manner of skill filtering going on, so I very much approve of these changes.
Honestly, Capcom is putting such a serious effort into the Western release of this game, it's hard to remember any of the annoying things Capcom has done in the past. Something about a title screen?
