Publisher NIS America and developer Falcom announced the action RPG, Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA, will launch for the PlayStation this Fall. 

The game first released for the PlayStation Vita in 2016, for the PlayStation 4 in 2017, for the Nintendo Switch and PC in 2018, and Google Stadia in 2021.

Embark on an exciting Ys adventure! When Adol awakens shipwrecked and stranded on a cursed island, he and the other shipwrecked passengers form a village to survive and seek a way off the isle. Amidst this, Adol begins to dream of a mysterious blue-haired maiden…

Already have it on PS4 but will pick this up just so I can get the limited edition on NIS America's store.

These "key features" sure are lacking. I would have expected at least an ultra high framerate mode.
This game already runs at 2k/60 on PS4 and 4k/60 at PS4 Pro and it is backwards compatible. There are almost no load times. So what exactly are the benefits of a native PS5 version?
