Dying Light 2 Stay Human Might Support Cross-Play and Have Microtransactions - News

Techland last week revealed Dying Light 2 will officially be called Dying Light 2: Stay Human and will launch on December 7 for the Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
The ESRB has unsurprisingly given the game an M rating for "Blod and Gore," "Intense Violence," "Strong Language," and "Suggestive Themes."
The ESRB rating might have also revealed the game will support cross-play and have microtransactions. It makes mention that "Users Interact" and lists all paltforms it will launch for, as well as mentioning Dying Light 2: Stay Human will have "In-Game Purchases."

Dying Light 2 Stay Human is a story-driven open world action role-playing game, a sequel to critically acclaimed Dying Light published in 2015, which has been played by over twenty million people all over the world.
This time players are visiting the City – mankind's last stronghold in the fight against the virus. Developed parkour mechanics enable players to explore the vast open world and use in tactical combat. Lost civilization and setting the world in modern dark ages, requires creative approach in finding items and crafting gear.
Gameplay shifts during a day and night cycle, so players can dare to plunder abandoned lairs of infected at night and discover the dark secrets of those in power by day. Players must choose which side they want to take and write their own story.

I just hope we don't get a repeat of last time, where they made an expac and then nothing but skins for years.
I'm hoping they would just release a few skins, but focus more on expansions, since there's more to the world of DL than just skins for the next 5 yrs.
The expansion was good, but I hope this time around we get up to at least 2 expansions. There's so much more that could be explored with Dl's lore and world than say, Dead Island, which is a game centered around the main characters, where DL is focused on characters you interact with and aid.
The microtransactions are probably random cosmetic stuff.
