THQ Teases "HUGE" Announcement For Next Month - Saints Row 3?

According to THQ's Core Games Executive VP, Danny Bilson, THQ will be making a "HUGE" announcement in March -- did I just hear someone say Saints Row 3?
The announcement that there will be an announcement --once again, you read that part correctly-- in March was done via Bilson's Twitter account, where he informed followers that there would be a reveal of sorts with plenty of content shown on the second week of March:
"Look for a HUGE announcement from us the second week in March! Will come with lots of content."
Is this "HUGE" announcement the same as the "big"one that Bilson was talking about earlier this month regarding Saints Row 3? It certainly looks that way, but let's not jump to conclusions... Yet.
