Call of Duty: WWII has spent a 10th week at the top of the UK charts, according to Chart-Track for the week ending January 20. The game needs one more week at the top of the charts to tie the series record set by Call of Duty: Black Ops III in 2015.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker’s Memory was the only new game in the top 10 as it debuted in 10th place. 

Here are the top 10 best-selling titles (combined sales) for the week:

  1. Call of Duty: WWII
  2. FIFA 18
  3. Grand Theft Auto V 
  4. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe 
  5. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 
  6. PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds 
  7. Assassin's Creed Origins 
  8. Super Mario Odyssey 
  9. Star Wars Battlefront II 
  10. Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker’s Memory - New

I'm pretty certain MHW will beat it. But I don't get why that makes humanity "better". I haven't played WW2 yet, but I'm pretty sure it's a good game. It might have some loot-box issues, but aside from that, COD games generally have fun gameplay, and quite a few of them have had enjoyable, if not very deep, campaigns.
