Ys Net has released the first teeaser trailer for Shenmue III, as part of Gamescom 2017.

Shenmue III will launch for the PlayStation 4 and Windows PC in the second half of 2018.

Love Shenmue and this looks great except the faces which look a bit soulless for some reason. I hope they can bring more life to their faces. They looked better on the Dreamcast.
