Not bad for Japan!! Bought mine on Sunday and loving it so far... Better than I was expecting! Only downside is the resolution, it's a tad lower than I would like!
I agree. The sense of immersion is awesome. For 1st gen, this is a really nice piece of hardware, but looking forward to better resolution, better tracking, and wider field of view for future generations. Overall, I am very pleased with my PSVR.
Considering how much graphics have evolved from 1st gen of vg and 1st gen of TVS and how much motion sensor also evolved the starting point of PSVR is a very good one if it indeed keeps evolving.
Wait are the numbers under the picture of the PSVR the first week sales for each of the listed Hardware? If so that is amazing for the PSVR and also wow at the 323 Xbox ones on launch if that is what those numbers are saying.
no goof, those are just what those systems did in the same week recently when the PS VR was released
If that is the case then the X1 could be undertracked by a factor of 10 in japan compared to the vgchartz numbers since it hasn't had a week over double digits recorded on here in some time, unless the slim unit launched in Japan that week, not sure.
Concidering the install base of the PS4 in Japan this is quite good
It really needs an arcade racer and time crisis VR.
So PSVR already outsold X1 LTD?
Not quite, the Xbox has over 60k sold so far.
Damn, by a small margin
Considering how badly Vine and Oculus have sold so far worldwide, this sounds pretty darn good.
Good start. Let's see if it lasts.
That is actually surprisingly good for Japan...
That's good, hopefully it doesn't die out like most gimmicks
