Despite The Wonderful 101 releasing in August of 2013, developer PlatinumGames has put out a new trailer for their Wii U exclusive.

No matter how strange it may be that this exists, there is no denying that the Director's Edition trailer is pretty rad. Check it out below:

The Wonderful 101 released in 2013 for Wii U. Bayonetta creator Hideki Kamiya directed the action game.

Thanks, DualShockers.

This game deserves a re-release, just like they´re doing now with Bayonetta 2

It would be nice if this game gets another push, now that the installbase of the WiiU is bigger than in 2013.

This game is GORGEOUS!!! I never bought the game or finished it. I played the demo and loved it. I believe another game came out and I got side tracked. I will certainly go and purchase the game now. I have to. It deserves it!!!

I would not be surprised if they release a DLC or Amiibo compatibility

Still intend to get it... The wii u has been a uniquely difficult console to get games for if you miss the launch.

Such an amazing game! Viewtiful Joe meets Bayonetta meets Okami. Great graphics, great music, awesome gameplay, much diversitiy, fantastic humour, and tons of secrets. I already finished it twice and still play it every now and then.

Well done, now Nintendo should use this trailer on its channel too and make a re-release, the game deserves a second chance.
