Electronic Arts has released details on the Cargo game mode for Star Wars Battlefront. The new mode plays similarly to standard Capture the Flag game modes and features two teams of six players.

"Star Wars Battlefront has many new and unique game modes that fans really haven’t seen before, but some game modes are such classics – and we love to play them so much ourselves – that we simply had to have them in the game. Capture the flag is one of these staples, and in Star Wars Battlefront, Cargo is our take on that mode," said lead level designer Dennis Brännvall.

Rebel and Imperials each have a base on the map where cargo is stored. The objective is to run into the enemy base, pick up the cargo, and return it to your base. However, unlike most games of Capture the Flag, you don't need your own cargo to still be in your base in order to score.

At the beginning of a match each team will have a score of 5 and five pieces of cargo. When one team captures a piece of cargo the score becomes 6-4. The team with the most points at the end of 15 minutes wins.

Star Wars Battlefront releases on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC on November 17th.
