Report: New Rock Band in Development for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One - News

by William D'Angelo , posted on 19 February 2015 / 5,873 Views

Harmonix is developing a new game in the Rock Band franchise for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, according to a report on Bloomberg. A source provided the consoles the game is being developed for, but no other information was given.

The music genre of video games had a huge following in the mid to late 2000's, but has since died down. Activision last released a Guitar Hero game in 2010, while the last Rock Band game came out in 2012.

I'll agree with the old library but I would love to see them make new instruments as the old ones are expensive or hard to find. However I will agree on the DLC library. I have the DLC library won't crossover a la Dance Central.
