Nintendo Looking Into Wii U Error Codes - News

Many users have stated that after playing Super Smash Bros. for Wii U their system displayed the error codes 160-0103 and 160-1710. People have lost their saved data and some of stated that games are unplayable.
Nintendo of America has told Joystiq they are looking into the reported error codes. Nintendo said the error codes "could affect the ability of the system to function properly." Also only a small amount of Wii U owners have had the reported problems.

It's a shame that this error is happening to people and its a shame that even Nintendo isn't immune to some kind of issue with their new games.
That said, I have over 40 hours in Smash Bros and haven't experienced any problems.
I haven't had any errors in my system, however seeing how over seven million people own the console and Smash has probably soled close to a million units by now it's not surprising that some users have had some issues.
Gonna give 'em time to fix this. Will continue playing Bayo in the meantime.
I haven´t had any problems at this point. Hopefully this problem will be solved soon.
I never got how a software code could corrupt an S.O data. Considering it is not malicious at all. But I never programmed for consoles eitherway.
