I would like to see a gap chart of not only Wii vs. PS4, but also 360 vs. WiiU and PS3 vs. X1 to show how the respective 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed console of each generation fares.

PS4's last month above Wii until a good few years down the road, if PS4 does manage to break 102 million in its life.

Well...no point comparing to PS2 then. However an XB1 vs. WiiU chart would be interesting.

The Wii died off after the first two and a half years so i expect that the PS4 will most likely outsell the Wii lifetime when all is said and done.

You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Wii sold 17 million in 2010. That's more than PS3 or 360 sold in any given year.

Or most likely it will not.

PS4 will outsell Wii by 70,000,000 lifetime.
