Zeptolab Games Pass 400m Downloads, Cut the Rope 2 Announced - News

Zeptolab, the Cut the Rope developer, has stated that their games have been downloaded more than 400 million times worldwide. There were also 60 million active monthly user in the first half of 2013. 

Zeptolab also announced Cut the Rope 2 which will be released worldwide this holiday, however it is not known what platforms it will be released on. The sequel will have "new twists on classic gameplay, never-before-seen characters, interactive environments, and a captivating story that will appeal to new players and existing fans alike."

"We remain dedicated to our mission: examining the science of fun. That means building experiences that players love," said ZeptoLab CEO Misha Lyalin. "Cut the Rope 2 is a massive step forward for the game. Amazing graphics, gameplay, and characters drive a brand-new experience that fans are going to love."
