Marvelous AQL has announced that the PlayStation Vita title Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus has sold more than 120,000 units at both retail and digitally in Japan in its opening week. The news was translated by Gematsu and originally from 4Gamer.

To compare this would make it the third biggest opening for the PlayStation Vita in Japan to date. Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F had the biggest Vita debut in Japan with sales of 159,688 according to VGChartz. The second biggest debut goes to Persona 4: The Golden with sales of 137,128. However to note both of those figures are just retail.
