Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition Averages 50K Sold Each Week - News

Gamasutra columnist Ryan Langley has received data from Mojang that the Xbox Live Arcade version of Minecraft has sold 4,476,904 units at the end of November.
The game was only topped by Call of Duty: Black Ops II and Halo 4 as the most played Xbox Live game. The game passed four million units sold at the end of September and when it was first released it smashed the record for quickest XBLA game to one million units sold.
The PC version of the game sold 8.24 million units to date according to the games official website.
