If Somehow PS4 Surpass GB/GBC and Switch top PS2, Top 8 selling Consoles are going to look like:
Nintendo/Sony/Nintendo/Sony/Nintendo/Sony/Nintendo/Sony.

In both cases, it's possible but just barely.

Probably more likely to be Sony, Nintendo x3, Sony, etc.

What is more possible: PS4 surpassing Gameboy or Switch surpassing PS2?

I can see PS4 selling another 1.5 million but hardly Two, because how Sony is going to fully focus on PS5 after they ramp up the production (New GPUs/CPUs moving to a smaller processor node)

For me after all this years, looking at all Used Switch prices makes me realize the high demand for that console everywhere and that Switch Can reach 160+ million sales

At this point I can see Switch surpassing PS2 more viable.

At this point, switch seems like it can maybe max out at 160m. I can't see any higher. PS4 seems like 118-119m. That's why I feel like it's possible for both but just barely.
