This was a singular experience and made me feel and think about new things. It's not for everyone, though. Very heavy with philosophical and conceptual things and backstory about the world.

Nice. I've been wanting to check this game out for awhile now.

I'm really interested in trying out this game but am overwhelmed that it might ne a huge commitment or a videogaming "time-sink". I already have a huge backlog of games to play and don't want to start something that will take me months to finish.

Any out there already have given it a spin? How did you like it?

How could you possibly know this? The game has been considered a massive success already before even releasing on Xbox.

Because there's been many examples of small studios doing really well on gamepass. Reason why is that gamepass has min 20 million subscribers. Even half of that would have at least tried it out. That's 10 million subscribers. More than what it would sell if it not on gamepass.. The game hasn't even reached 2 million copies sold yet. Big opportunity to get further reach as a result

Selling million copies is an arbitrary number to measure success. By all accounts this game has been a massive success. It was the highest grossing game on steam at one point. If they wanted to be on GP they would have done it or MS would have paid them enough to do it. Neither happened. The outriders devs never even got paid and they were on game pass. Success isn't guaranteed just because you go to game pass.

Outriders is due to square Enix. It has nothing to do with gamepass. I actually played it but would have never bought it, if it wasn't on gamepass. I am sure many will say that. I am sure it was successful but it can even bugger and reach a broader audience with gamepass. I am sure it's more than just ms. I am sure it depends on the developers of they want their game on gamepass
