Square Enix has released a new update for Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age on the PlayStation 4 and Windows PC via Steam. The update adds the Job reset function and additional Gambit sets. 

The features in the update is already included in the Nintendo Switch and Xbox One versions of the game, since they were released later on.

Read the patch notes below:

Version 1.08 (PlayStation 4)

  • Job reset function has been added.
  • Gambit system has been expanded to three sets.
  • “OST” has been added under the config menu “Music.”

Version 1.0.40 (PC)

  • Job reset function has been added.
  • Gambit system has been expanded to three sets.
  • [Removed 3rd-party DRM “Denuvo Anti-Tamper.”]

Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age is available now for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC via Steam.

Finally, not just an update but clearly this add replay-ability. It was needed since the original in PS2.

Denuvo removed? That'll increase the amount I'm willing to pay for the game on PC! Not that I'm in a hurry to get it on PC since I own it on PS4 already, but still.

Good update. Also good they removed the Denuvo from the pc version. Hopefully they do the same with other games.
