I wish this damn game would stop selling. We're past due for Kart 9, but the success of this 8 retread could mean we'll go a whole generation without a new Mario Kart.

If this rumor about a Switch Pro is true, I could see them making a Mario Kart 9 as an exclusive to the new hardware, to promote it, even if MK8D hasn't stopped selling.

I remain cautiously optimistic but I think we’ll most likely see mk 9 early on in the switch’s successors lifespan. I guess it depends on on Nintendo’s plans for the switch, although the mk team did at one time have to develop a game alternatively for a home console then a portable, which they don’t have to do anymore, so theoretically they should have more time. Heck I’d be happy with all new dlc.

Incredible considering the game was released in 2017.

Would say it’s a sign that the Switch sold well during this christmas season

Switch exclusives make 7 out if the top 10. I'd say that's also a clear sign that the PS4 is on the way out in Switzerland
