So is this Nintendo's January strategy? Just a different presentation/announcement every week? :P

Dante is a likely candidate considering all the recent DMC games on Switch. I'm sure they'll do him more justice than Capcom.

Awesome how much support this game gets.

It's not much different than other fighting games and the pricing is absurdly high. Just compare it to MK8 dlc that costed like $20 but added 50% more courses. In smash, you pay several dollars for 1 character, when the full game is $60 and had like 70 characters.

The full game just had a ridiculous amount of characters to begin with. Compared to other fighting games, which makes more sense than comparing it to a Kart Racer, the price is standard. Pretty much every game charges 5-6 dollars for a DLC character. Smash charges 6 dollars for a DLC character, a stage, and between 3 and 50 music tracks.

Being standard doesn't mean being right. The price of a character can't be calculated simply by dividing $60 per character but it sure as hell ain't 5-6 dollars. $3 is the limit of what would be acceptable, with a 5 fighter pass costing $10.

How exactly did you come to that number?

$10, you get 1 Unique fighter, a balanced Stage with active events and remastered music. Sounds good to me.
