Well done, Square Enix and PS4. Fantastic game, well deserved.
Yeah, no thanks to anyone else.
Also thanks to PC gamers.
Congrats for this fantastic game SE. Im happy that gamers embraced it with love (and sales:P)
Square Enix and PlayStation, a wonderful team. Gratulation!
The game that saved Platinum. They said they might not work with another publisher given some unfortunate events with a particular first party studio, but right now it's good to strike while the iron is hot with Nier and Square Enix. They should ride this high at least until they can be financially stable enough to start developing and publishing their own games. Hoping for at least one more amazing Nier game.
I genuinely love this game and its characters, i wont even ask for a sequel because even when this series was very niche and sold relatively little it still kept going for several games, so there is no doubt another Nier and Drakengard will be made.
(If you havent beated the game stop reading here, "spoilers" ahead)
However if you have played more than one Yoko Taro game you very much DONT want to see any of this characters return, i have never seen it end well for returning characters, HECK normally it doesnt even end well for ANY of the characters... Automata has essentially the happiest ending ive seen in a Yoko Taro game.
Yeeeeeeeesssssss, very well deserved, one of my favorite games ever.
MEGATON!
this game proves that square should go back what made them popular in the 1st place instead of wasting their assets on western games
Thanks to 2B's ass.
