Nintendo Icons Join Scribblenauts Unlimited - News

Scribblenauts allows you to summon virtually any tangible thing your mind can think of, save for copyrighted characters. Well, this looks to change for the Wii U version of Scribblenauts Unlimited, as Warner Bros. has announced that various Nintendo characters, including Mario, Link, Yoshi, and dozens more can be summonable characters in the game.

Scribblenauts

Some Scribblenauts characters will fight each other when on the screen together, so it will be interesting how the game's logic applies to Nintendo characters. Who wins between Mario and Ganondorf? Link vs. Bowser? Epona vs. Andross? Play their cards right and Warner Bros. will have their own "Super Smash Bros." on their hands.

Warner Bros. only announced the Nintendo characters and objects for the Wii U version of Scribblenauts Unlimited; it is currently unknown if they will make their way to the 3DS version.

Scribblenauts Unlimited (or what I am now calling "Nintendonauts") releases for the Wii U November 18th, with the 3DS and PC versions to follow later that month.
