There are no games in the top 30 to be in its final week.
Two games have 200,000 or more pre-orders, the same as last week, and the top 14 has 100,000 or more pre-orders, up from 13 last week. No games added 20,000 or more pre-orders, the same as last week and one added 10,000 or more, the same as last week.

There are no games in the top 40 to be in its final week.
Major Performers in the U.S. – Week Ending January 25
Hardware and software sales are expected to flatten out with most platforms within 5 percent of the previous weeks numbers.
Other Hot Games – In Order of Release
Titanfall (XOne) added 8,889 pre-orders, up from 6,593 last week, for a total of 215,402. The PC version added 1,669 pre-orders, up from 1,244 last week, for a total of 60,263. The Xbox 360 version added 1,418 pre-orders, up from 848 last week, for a total of 53,599. The game is seven weeks away from launch in the USA, March 11, 2014.
inFAMOUS: Second Son (PS4) added 6,435 pre-orders, up from 5,706 last week, for a total of 187,401. The game is eight weeks away from launch in the USA, March 21, 2014.
Notable mentions: Destiny (PS4) 3,538 pre-orders for a total of 220,679. Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII (PS3) added 7,594 pre-orders for a total of 174,604. The Elder Scrolls Online (PC) added 12,431 pre-orders for a total of 87,022.
Requests: Mario Kart Wii U (WiiU) added 2,538 pre-orders for a total of 47,623. Bayonetta 2 (WiiU) added 47 pre-orders for a total of 27,747. Uncharted (PS4) added 906 pre-orders for a total of 7,463.

How exactly are "notable mentions" decided? What makes them "notable"? Because there are a lot of titles that got more pre-orders than the "notable mentions". It feels like they're just whatever the author happens to be cheering for at the time.
You make a valid point. It seems like Fable Anniversary which was released on Feb 4th would have made a notable mention. Also, with the beta testing of Elder Scrolls Online it would be interesting to see how many preorders are for the console versions. Even a chart would be interesting to view.
I think inFAMOUS is gonna be bigger than titanfall on first week...
I'm surprised Destiny isn't getting more POs on PS360. I made some predictions that are going to be massively off. :p

Titanfall will unfortunately sell over Infamous, but I'm surprised the preorders are even close. Not bad?
