Monster Hunter: World Ships 15 Million Units, Iceborne Expansion Tops 4 Million Units - Sales

Capcom has announced shipment figures for Monster Hunter: World have hit 15 million units worldwide as of January 2. This figure includes digital sales.

The Monster Hunter World: Iceborne expansion has surpassed four million digital sales across the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC. The figures includes sales of the digital version and the Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Master Edition.

Cumulative sales for the Monster Hunter series have surpassed 61 million units as of January 15.

 

Monster Hunter: World released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One worldwide in January 2018 and for Windows PC in August 2018.

That is a butt-load of sales, changing to console and Sony seems like was very worthy it, let's see the MH in PS5 how it will do.

I do hope they also keep delivering games on Nintendo systems,they still have a big fanbase there.

Let's see with Switch already being released for some time if next big MH they deliver for the 3 platforms. They can at least try.

@Immersiveunreality. Yea Capcom should still support the Nintendo fans as well, it was just odd at one point it was only coming out for Nintendo. MH even sold better on the PSP lol Unfortunately they never made one for the PS Vita which wouldve definitely helped. Ah wells lol
