Journey Release Date Revealed for the Epic Games Store - News

Publisher Annapurna Interactive and developer thatgamecompany announced Journey will launch for Windows PC via the Epic Games Store on June 6 for $14.99.

No they made Flow , flower and Journey for Sony under a 3 game contract . they mentioned that Journey going overtime and budget meant they had no money left to tide themselves over till royalties came in.
