Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for Dark Souls: Remastered that features the enhancements in the game.

Dark Souls: Remastered is available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC. It will also launch on the Nintendo Switch in summer 2018.

Bought it Friday. Frame rate is better than any prior version, but graphically it's the same. Can only recommend if you never played it before.

Thanks for the reply, i got a huge backlog of games to so against all urges i will not be buying this. If it had a few extra areas or bosses then maybe but this is just a bit cleaned up.

Dark Souls 2 Remastered was $20 years ago. So by now you should be able to find a copy of that one for $10 used. Try that first.

I costs $40. That's like the lowest price an AAA remaster can be.

Its a low effort remaster in my opinion that also has almost all the bugs from original game.The only selling point on my part is the community of the online component . Otherwise its better to get the old steam version with mods.
