Tis like 3D...a fad.
Not 3D but Virtual Reality.
And motion gaming, like the original Wii.
"Hmmm, not shown final specs yet, I wonder if it is still inferior technologically to Vive and Morpheus." possibly. Last I heard Morpheus > oculus rift by a alot.
Hmmm, not shown final specs yet, I wonder if it is still inferior technologically to Vive and Morpheus.
I have a feeling that the Oculus, the device that started all this craze about Virtual Reality, will end up being the last one to hit the market. And with the little support it will have (Vive has Valve, Morpheus has Sony and the PS4), it can end being a failure.
Can't wait for them to fail. That's what they get for taking forever to release their product when they could have had the only major vr hmd on the market.
I can only see this being supper popular on PS4 and perhaps PC if it supports it well enough. Only time will tell. Still I can't help wonder the damage it can do to your eyes, having this thing on 24/7
Really not getting how because of PS4 it can make everything popular despite there being two VR devices on PC and PC starting the craze along with already gaining support from companies and would be customers.
If anything OR and Vive are going to be more popular with PC players because they are for PC, Morph will be popular for only PS4 players, PS4 isn't getting all the VR devices and isn't going to make VR popular on it;s own, that's not how the market works and reacts.
