Mass Effect 3 on Wii U Lacking DLC - News
by VGChartz Staff , posted on 19 November 2012 / 2,636 ViewsIt seems that Mass Effect 3 on the Wii U will be missing out on some fairly major content. When asked by a fan on Twitter when the Omega DLC will be available for the Wii U version of the game, EA responded by revealing that "unfortunately it will not be available for Wii U". This could come as a major blow to owners of the Wii U version, as this piece of DLC is being touted as the largest piece of content yet.
The news doesn't get better from here either, as there are also no plans to bring the Leviathan DLC to the Wii U version. If you've played this piece of DLC then you'll know that it contains some fairly important information; so if you were hoping for a complete edition of the game, well, you'd best keep hoping.
On top of this, EA have also confirmed that there are currently no plans in motion to release the first two games onto Nintendo's newest console. It seems that Wii U owners are paying the price of arriving late to the party, although if Mass Effect 3 on Wii U sells well, who knows what could happen.
Is this acceptable considering the Wii U has only just gone on sale? More importantly, are any of you thinking about picking up Mass Effect 3 for the Wii U? Sound off in the comments below.
