Online video game retailer Zavvi is threatening to take legal action against customers that were accidentally sent free PlayStation Vitas.

Some customers who ordered a copy of Tearaway for the PS Vita from Zavvi were actually sent the PS Vita Tearaway bundle instead, leaving Zavvi out of pocket to the tune of £130.00.

After realising their mistake, Zavvi decided to send out letters to those affected, asking for their return and eventually threatening legal action if customers did not send them back:

"This is our final notice to politely remind you that you did not order, or pay for, a PS Vita and if you fail to contact us by 5pm (UK time) on 10th December 2013 to arrange a convenient time for the PS Vita to be collected we reserve the right to enforce any and/or all legal remedies available to us."
