Ninja Theory: Our Next Game Will Be Story-Based - News
by Nicholas Taylor , posted on 31 July 2010 / 1,782 ViewsJust in case our last story involving Ninja Theory wasn't clear enough, they really are big fans of story in games. This includes Tameem Antoniades, the co-founder of the company. Antoniades has stated that their currently secret upcoming project will also be heavily story-based.
"I think it will be another story-based game, big adventure type thing, that’s all I can really say," he said.
Back in May, it was speculated that Ninja Theory would be developing the fifth installment in the popular Capcom franchise Devil May Cry. This news may either strengthen or weaken that theory, depending on exactly what constitutes a story over there. It was also confirmed by the big man himself that their next game will be multiplatform and that the future of their studio lies with multiplatform games entirely.
As if Heavenly Sword fans didn't have it shoved in their faces enough, this seems to further confirm that no Heavenly Sword 2 will be coming around any time soon, at least not by Ninja Theory.
Ninja Theory's next game, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, will be released on October 8 in the UK for Xbox 360 and PS3.

Who's listening to these guys? They're trying to make a movie not a game.
@Heavenly_king
that would be cool, they might be able to make the sequel longer, lol
on topic, it's good that they want to focus on story and give it that cinematic look AS LONG as they dont neglect gameplay and make a 2 hours game.
Sony owns the HS IP so I wouldn´t be surprised if Sony ask another studio to make the game...cough SONY SANTA MONICA cough.
