In this Top Ten, we’ll be looking at 10 of the sexiest male eye candy on offer to the smaller portion of the gaming community, mainly women and gaymers. This generation has brought about some fine muscle, and though the quantity might not be there, the quality certainly is!
10. Leon Kennedy (Resident Evil)
Underdog to Chris? Maybe... but Leon can certainly hold his own. Perfectly shaped body, with skin tight shirts = win! Although the haircut is an acquired taste.
9. Dante (Devil May Cry)
Pretty much the biggest badass on the list, but hey, that’s part of the appeal. He’s sporting another one of those haircuts, but his huge sword more than makes up for it.
8. Cole McGrath (inFAMOUS)
Poor Cole, one minute he was a simple bike messenger, the next, KABOOM! Super powers aside, he managed to hang on to that sexy boy next door look. Anyone know where I can get his jacket?
7. Altair (Assassin’s Creed)
Part of what makes Altair so sexy is the air of mystery that surrounds him. It’s rare you’ll ever get to see his face, or what’s under all that clobber, but how many men in that era could say they looked that good?
6. Alex Mercer ([Prototype])
Ok, so imagine for a second that the big old claw isn’t there, Alex has a similar but very modern style to Altair. How many men in this era can say they dress that sexy 
5. The Prince (Prince of Persia)
The Prince is on track to overtake Madonna in the style change stakes. Whatever happened to emo Prince? Who knows, thankfully for us he became a lot more appealing. Really... what did Elika have to complain about?
4. Sam Fisher (Splinter Cell)
Well he just gets better with age doesn’t he?! Shedding the night vision goggles and adopting a more NON spy look has done him wonders. He’s the most mature guy on the list, but just like George Clooney (who I think strikes a resemblance) that’s by no means a bad thing.
3. Chris Redfield (Resident Evil)
The debate is still out on whether Chris has been on the old steroids, one thing that’s certain is that he’s the most jacked guy you’ll ever see in a videogame where it’s alright to fancy the pants off them. And if muscles don't do it for you (what's wrong with you?), then Chris can also fall back on his... err, personality? Yeah, who are we kidding...
2. Forge (Halo Wars)
Most of you won’t know Forge, so let me fill you in. Gorgeous, cocky, all American hero. The sort you could take home to your mother, brave beyond words and a body most would kill for. Keep close attention to the second cut scene in the game... damn, and you thought Drake was the only one with fine buns on him!

Lack of Kratos is disturbing
Although Drake is sexy as hell, I still prefer Dante. Cole is an average looking guy who whispers his lines like Wentwoth Miller from Prison Break. I don't think he's sexy at all.

Nathan is extremely sexy, he turned me on from the first time I saw him on E3 lol, Ike and Kalas from Baten Kaitos should have made the list...
Hmm... is it bad if I thought that 10 and 9 were the best on this list? I easily prefer Leon to Chris, and I've always thought that Dante looked damn hot. 7 (Altair) has a nice physique, but I really want to see the face and eyes. I also can't pinpoint what it is, but there's also something about the Prince that intrigues me also. The rest... meh? Cole just doesn't have me feeling it, Alex kinda creeps me out, Sam reminds me of my father (a definite out), Forge screams out military life (which isn't me), and Nathan, well... I think there's too much focus on his ass, and not enough on his face.
I do have to agree more with what some others have said already. Sephiroth definitely belongs (but not Cloud), Ike would have been a nice one to see (Even if I do prefer Oscar; I melted into a pool of water when I found the lone fanpic of him with open eyes.), and regarding Link, well, you just need the right picture. Some of the ones I've seen of him are DAMN hot!
(And regarding Snake, is it bad if I prefer Otakon?)

I think this is the first list ever of "sexy" video game guys that Link wasn't on. I dont think any chick would dig Altair with that big-assed nose he has. He might as well be part bird with that beak he rocks. =p
Solid Snake's ass in MGS2 Ship part beats Drake's. Also, while Desmond is hot, of Altair you can hardly see anything. Alex Mercer is horrible, I totally disagree with him being on the list. I don't know Forge, and while he looks hot from that pic, I'm not big on the "american type hero" thing.
Chris is hot, but already into the "hot but very dumb" terrain. He didn't have a clue that it was Jill behind the mask? Puh-lease. To me, Leon > Chris.

I thought this list was about sexiness, not how much software their games have sold. These are ALL characters from either blockbusters or huge franchises. Surely there are many other characters that were overlooked. IMO, the only guys who make the cut for sure are Dante and Drake.
