Read details on the game below:
Wave Race 64 is a fast and fluid racing game originally released shortly after the launch of the Nintendo 64 system in 1996. Choose from one of four watercraft racers, each with their own abilities and style, and try to capture glory in Championship Mode, whip around the tracks in Time Trials, pull off tricks in Stunt Mode or challenge a friend in 2P VS. Mode.
Wave Race 64 features nine challenging courses set across scenic locales. Go airborne with dolphins on the golden shores of Sunset Bay, cruise under the bright lights and tall buildings of Twilight City, feel the crashing waves on Sunny Beach or chill out on the frigid waters of Glacier Coast, just to name a few. Plus, racing conditions will change with the weather, making the water choppy or covering the course with fog. The waves will even respond to the way that you and your rivals move!

Wave Race on release was such a mind blowing game. This game was one of the first to ever do waves.
WARM UP TIME, FOLLOW THAT DOLPHIN!
Never played it back in the day. Will give it a try now!
Never played this one but I do remember playing and enjoying the Wave Race they did for GameCube. Back in the day it used to be the one game that was pretty enough to make all the adults around stop and look in awe.
Pokemon Snap?
I love Waverace. Wish we could get Pilotwings 64 but I don't see that ever happening with the rights issue.
That was internally developed. Paradigm Entertainment made Pilotwings 64 and I believe had a proprietary flight sim software that P64 used. Smash Bros on Wii U/Switch use some of the music so it's not that. PE was bought by THQ and that lead to the cancelation of Pilotwings 64 2 and THQ dissolved a decade ago so there is no concrete info who owns the rights to that stuff anymore. THQ Nordic didn't get everything from the original THQ.
