WWE 2K16 Sells an Estimated 516K First Week - Sales

WWE 2K16 sold 515,872 units first week worldwide at retail, according to our own estimates, which can be viewed on the VGChartz Global Weekly Chart for the week ending October 31st.
Breaking down those sales by platform, it sold best on the PlayStation 4 with 233,883 units sold (45%), compared to the Xbox One's 115,596 units sold (23%). It also sold 88,802 units (17%) on the PlayStation 3 and 77,591 units (15%) on the Xbox 360.
Breaking down the sales by region, the game sold slightly better in the USA, with 261,853 units sold (51%), compared to 161,446 units sold in Europe (31%).
Looking more closely at WWE 2K16's European sales, it sold 61,119 units in the UK, 27,155 units in Germany, and 11,819 units in France.
WWE 2K16 launched for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on October 27th in North America, and October 30th in Europe.
