"We can confirm that Gary Carr, who played a lead role in Fable: The Journey, Milo & Kate, and The Movies, is no longer at Lionhead Studios," a Microsoft spokesperson told GameSpot. "Gary has been a great friend and colleague during his tenure at Lionhead, and we appreciate his contributions to the team. We remain focused on the development of Fable Legends and have nothing further to share. We wish Gary the best in his next venture."

Carr was working with an eight person team on an unannounced new IP. He worked at Bullfrog Productions starting in 1989 and founded indie development studio Muckyfoot prior to joining Lionhead in 2003.
Carr will now found his own independent studio.

@KingdomHeartsFan you really need to go and actually look up what Gary Carr has done over the decades he's spent in the industry - he was a huge part of Bullfrog and Lionhead from the start of each of them. To say "So he played a lead role in 2 kinect games" is being thoroughly ignorant, and as is always true: ignorance is no substitute for knowledge.
I call it jumping off the sinking ship or studio in this case ...
I agree. That studio has turned to poop just like Rare.
Another studio run down. Sad to see. I guess it happened with Molyneux leaving already.
Hopefully they can turn it around and dont become another Rare.
So he played a lead role in 2 kinect games...who honestly is gonna miss this guy.
