X10: Gears of War and Resident Evil Characters in Lost Planet 2 - News

by VGChartz Staff , posted on 11 February 2010 / 4,646 Views

Capcom found the best way to show their upcoming third-person shooter Lost Planet 2 at Microsoft's X10 conference: with a character highly associated with Microsoft. Today, the Japanese company revealed that Marcus Fenix, Gears of War's protagonist, will be a selectable skin in the game, along with Albert Wesker, of Resident Evil Fame.

Check Marcus in action below

Of course, it goes without saying that Marcus Fenix's skin will probably be exclusive for the 360 version of the game (maybe appearing in the PC version). It remains to be seen whether Wesker's skin is or not

graphics looks good! I hope they do justice to the Gears of War legends! If anything gets released the same time Halo Reach does, it has NO CHANCE, so I hope it doesnt!

This is actually a total sell imo. I'm interested a little bit more now, even though i would have picked up LP2 anyway.

I'd say the PS3 version will likely get an exclusive character as well. Snake? Drake? :D

I suppose it's still enough for the people the 360 version...

I guess this game will sell 2-1 in favor of 360. Around the same as Bioshock 2.
