Far, far better selling than RDR2, and at a more reasonable price+ mod support. That's how you do this R*, this is how you sell a good game.

@Radek Reach was 10 bucks but the MCC did sell much better than Reach alone on Steam. So, Most paid 40 and not 10 bucks. Keep also in mind you get it with Gamepass which is a much bigger Deal than getting it already on RGL and EGS.

But I guess you will always find something to talk Xbox related success-stories down

You also have to keep in mind that the entire collection is around £30, which alone offers multiple games, multiple MP modes to play, mod support and multiple SP campaigns to play.

Doesn't matter how old they are, what matters is the price point and the content/mod support, which RDR2 alone hardly offers.

Like take a gander at most of RDR2's missions, fetch this, go skin this, chase one guy down, filled with missions where you aren't allowed to act on your own accord, or you fail the mission. That's shit, no matter how it's spun, and it's not worth £55-60, let alone £43 on "sale".

At first I didn't necessarily think it was a big deal given its $10. But how many old games can sell this well and become one of the most played games on Steam? Putting Halo on Steam showed this IP still has a strong following.

Keep in mind the $40 füll package sells more than Reach alone. And those who paid only the 10 bucks will probably buy some other releases of the MCC as well.

Indeed, but curious to see if future releases do as well when they launch. In theory Halo 3 should do really well due to nostalgia and maybe the most played/selling.

Congrats Halo MCC. But it is odd to mix the best selling on Steam with 3M played on both platforms that also have Gamepass.
