E3 might have come and gone in America but the UK's biggest gaming events are just around the corner.

This month, the Develop Conference will be hosted in Brighton. The event will run from the Tuesday 9th to Thursday 11th of July. Over 60 of the biggest names in UK games will be present, including Sumo Digital, Double Eleven, Team17 of Worms fame, and Revolution Software (the minds behind the Broken Sword series) and, yes, tickets are still available.

In addition, the GameHorizon Conference will have an Investment Summit on Saturday 26th September in London. According to GamesIndustryBiz, representatives from companies across the world will be there - including Nintendo, Sega, Sony XDev and Kickstarter. Despite the big-name guests, though, the Summit was made for the benefit of small and medium-sized businesses and promises sessions, networking and - most interestingly - one-to-one pitching opportunities.

But what's even more interesting is that Nintendo is interested in meeting independent developers at the conference.

"Nintendo will attend the GameHorizon Investment Summit and we are interested to meet with the independent developers that want to propose original projects we can consider partnering with," says a Nintendo spokesperson. We look forward to being surprised by the creativity and talent at the GameHorizon Investment Summit."

Tickets to the GameHorizon Conference Investment Summit are currently on sale and will also include entry to the Eurogamer Expo and the GI Fair. In addition, those who attend will get a discount on the next GameHorizon Conference - which will take place in Newcastle in May 2014.

GameHorizon is one of the UK's biggest gaming events: drawing fans and developers from all across the world.
